Retirement Plan Services, LLC provides comprehensive administration for every type of defined contribution plan, including 401(k), Profit Sharing and Money Purchase Pension plans. We currently administer in excess of 230 plans. With a combination of high quality service and multi-fund family investment options, our product provides you with a comprehensive solution for your retirement plans needs.

Plan design and consultation
- Whether you want to establish a new plan or replace an existing one, our team of pension experts will work with you to design a plan that meets the needs of you and your employees.
Plan document services
- RPS provides standard and non-standard prototype documents. We will prepare adoption agreements, resolutions, and Summary Plan Descriptions.
Implementation and Conversion Services
- Our dedicated conversion team will provide an efficiently managed conversion with limited impact to you and your employees. We do this by proactively managing the process and acting as your liaison with your current trustee, recordkeeper and investment manager.
On-Site Review of Services and Investment Results
- Our team will periodically meet with you to review the levels of service we provide. We will discuss your plan's investment performance results, provide comparative analyses and, if needed, recommend appropriate changes.
Daily recordkeeping
- Our state-of-the-art recordkeeping system processes contributions and distributions on a daily basis.
Compliance Service
- We offer an extensive compliance package, including: ADP, ACP, Multiple Use, Annual Additions, Coverage, Top Heavy, 402(g) and 404 Deduction Limitations.
Tax Reporting
- Tax reporting includes Form 5500 series and required schedules as well as Summary Annual Reports.
Distribution Services
- We provide participant checks, tax withholding and remittance, and preparation of 1099R and 945.
Voice Response Unit
- Our Benefits Hotline provides participants with convenient, confidential and flexible information. Participants can access information and conduct transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All they need is a touch-tone telephone. If they need assistance, they may speak to a Benefits Service Representative (BSR) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, Central Standard Time.
Internet Access
- Our web based service, Benefits Net, provides participants with answers to frequently asked retirement questions and investment basics as well as inquiry and transaction capabilities. Benefits Net is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Employee Communications
- We conduct on-site enrollment meetings with plan specific enrollment and retirement education materials. Each enrollment kit is customized with your features and investment menu.
